Thank you for choosing Mint Eco Car Wash. We appreciate your business and trust in our staff. As part of our commitment to clear, honest, and consistent communication with our Members and Guests, we have established the following Refund Policy to outline the terms and conditions governing refunds.

Refund Limitation

Mint Eco Car Wash has a refund limitation in place, which restricts the issuance of refunds for payment activity exceeding 2 months in the past. This means that we will not provide refunds for any payment activity that occurred more than two months prior to the date of your refund request. Any transaction beyond the 2-month time frame will not be reviewed for a refund.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund within the 2-month limit, the following criteria must be met:

1.     Valid Reason: You must provide a valid reason for the refund request, such as a technical issue with our product/service, an unsatisfactory user experience, or a billing error.

2.     Contacting Support: You are required to contact our customer support team to report the issue and seek a resolution before requesting a refund. Our support team will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns and resolve the issue promptly.

3.     Request Timing: Your refund request must be submitted within 2-months from the date of the original payment. We will not entertain refund requests for payment activity beyond this timeframe.

4.     Proof of Purchase: You must be able to provide proof of purchase if requested, such as an order number, receipt, or transaction ID, when submitting your refund request. This is to validate your claim and verify the payment history.

 

Exclusions from Refunds

Please be aware that certain circumstances may not be eligible for refunds, regardless of the timing:

1.     Subscription Renewals: Refunds will not be issued for subscription renewals if they fall outside the two-month refund window, and there was no attempt made to cancel or modify the subscription prior to the renewal. If a member has used their Unlimited Membership to redeem a wash during a billing cycle, they are not eligible for a refund for that month.

2.     Paused Memberships: When a member pauses their membership, they will not receive a refund for the unused portion of the current month. However, they can continue to use their membership until the next billing date, at which point the membership will be paused. Members with paused accounts will be charged $0.01 instead of their normal plan price to keep their accounts active in our system.

3.     Abuse of Policy: We reserve the right to deny refunds if we suspect abuse of this policy, including but not limited to repeated refund requests for the same account or purchases.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the two-month limit, please follow these steps:

1.     Contact Support: Contact our customer support team by emailing marketing@mintecocarwash.com to report your issue and request a refund.

2.     Provide Details: Be prepared to provide specific details about your purchase, order number, the reason for your refund request, and any supporting information to help us understand your concern.

3.     Processing Time: We will review your request and aim to process it within a reasonable timeframe. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to complete the evaluation.
